מדיניות פרטיות – AVICO Platform
1. מי אנחנו
AVICO (עוסק מורשה 314888470), האחים טרבס 13, רחובות, ישראל. פניות: avicoai.biz@gmail.com, טלפון 054-3488593.
המדיניות חלה על האפליקציה AVICO Platform ב-Meta ועל השירותים שאנחנו מספקים דרך WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), כולל חיבור עסקים באמצעות Embedded Signup.
2. התפקיד שלנו
העסק שמחבר את מספר הוואטסאפ שלו לשירות שלנו (״הלקוח העסקי״) הוא האחראי על המידע של הפונים אליו. AVICO פועלת מטעמו ולפי הוראותיו, כמעבד מידע. אם פניתם בוואטסאפ לעסק שמשתמש בשירות שלנו, אפשר לפנות לעסק עצמו או אלינו.
3. איזה מידע אנחנו מעבדים
- פרטי הלקוח העסקי: שם העסק, איש קשר, מזהי חשבון WhatsApp Business ומספרי טלפון עסקיים, ואסימוני גישה שנוצרים בחיבור (שמורים מוצפנים).
- הודעות וואטסאפ: תוכן ההודעות שנשלחות ומתקבלות במספר העסקי (טקסט, קבצים, תמונות והקלטות), מועדים וסטטוס מסירה.
- פרטי הפונים: מספר טלפון ושם הפרופיל בוואטסאפ, וכל מידע שהפונה בחר לכתוב בשיחה.
- נתוני CRM של הלקוח העסקי: רק במידה שהעסק חיבר אותם לשירות, למשל רשומת לקוח, היסטוריית שירות ותורים.
4. למה אנחנו משתמשים במידע
- לקבל הודעות ולענות להן בשם הלקוח העסקי, באמצעות סוכן בינה מלאכותית ובפיקוח העסק.
- לעדכן את מערכת ה-CRM של הלקוח העסקי, למשל לפתוח פנייה או לקבוע תור.
- לנהל תבניות הודעה, מספרי טלפון והגדרות חשבון שהעסק ביקש מאיתנו לנהל.
- לאבטח את השירות, לאתר תקלות ולעמוד בדרישות החוק ובמדיניות של Meta.
איננו מוכרים מידע, איננו משתמשים בו לפרסום, ואיננו משתמשים בתוכן ההודעות של לקוח אחד לטובת לקוח אחר.
5. עם מי המידע משותף
- Meta: מעבירה את ההודעות דרך WhatsApp Business Platform.
- ספקי מודלי בינה מלאכותית: Anthropic, Google (חברת Alphabet, מודלי Gemini), OpenAI ו-Meta (מודלי Llama). הם מעבדים את תוכן השיחה כדי לנסח תשובה, דרך ממשקי API עסקיים. בכל שיחה נעשה שימוש בספק אחד או יותר, לפי הצורך.
- ספקי אחסון ותשתית: השרתים שלנו נמצאים בישראל ובאיחוד האירופי.
- רשויות: רק אם החוק מחייב.
6. שמירה ואבטחה
התקשורת מוצפנת (HTTPS), ואסימוני הגישה נשמרים מוצפנים. הגישה מוגבלת לצוות AVICO. הודעות נשמרות כל עוד הלקוח העסקי פעיל בשירות, ונמחקות עד 30 יום אחרי סיום ההתקשרות, אלא אם הלקוח העסקי ביקש אחרת או שהחוק מחייב לשמור אותן.
7. מחיקת נתונים
לקוח עסקי שרוצה לנתק את השירות ולמחוק את המידע:
- שולחים מייל ל-avicoai.biz@gmail.com עם הנושא ״בקשת מחיקת נתונים״, ומציינים את שם העסק ומספר הוואטסאפ העסקי.
- אפשר גם לנתק את הגישה בעצמכם: ב-Meta Business Suite נכנסים ל-הגדרות › אינטגרציות › אפליקציות מחוברות ומסירים את AVICO Platform, או מסירים את השותף בהגדרות חשבון הוואטסאפ.
פונה שכתב לעסק שמשתמש בשירות שלנו: שולחים מייל לאותה כתובת עם מספר הטלפון שממנו פניתם ושם העסק.
נאשר את קבלת הבקשה תוך 7 ימים, ונמחק את המידע מהמערכות שלנו תוך 30 יום. נשלח אישור כשהמחיקה תושלם.
8. הזכויות שלכם
לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א-1981, ולפי GDPR כשהוא חל, אתם זכאים לעיין במידע עליכם, לבקש לתקן אותו או למחוק אותו, ולהתנגד לעיבוד מסוים. פונים אלינו בכתובת המייל שלמעלה.
9. שינויים
אם נעדכן את המדיניות, נעדכן גם את התאריך בראש העמוד. על שינוי מהותי נודיע ללקוחות העסקיים מראש.
Privacy Policy – AVICO Platform
1. Who we are

This policy covers the Meta app “AVICO Platform” and the services we provide through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), including onboarding businesses via Embedded Signup.
2. Our role
The business that connects its WhatsApp number to our service (“Business Client”) is the controller of its customers’ data. AVICO acts on its behalf and under its instructions as a processor.
3. Data we process
- Business Client data: business name, contact person, WhatsApp Business Account IDs, business phone number IDs, and access tokens issued at onboarding (stored encrypted).
- WhatsApp messages: content of messages sent and received on the business number (text, files, images, audio), timestamps and delivery status.
- End-user data: phone number, WhatsApp profile name, and anything the person chooses to write.
- Business Client CRM data: only where the Business Client connects it, e.g. customer records, service history and appointments.
4. How we use data
- To receive and answer messages on behalf of the Business Client with an AI agent under the business’s supervision.
- To update the Business Client’s CRM (e.g. open a ticket, book an appointment).
- To manage message templates, phone numbers and account settings the Business Client asked us to manage.
- To secure the service, troubleshoot, and comply with law and Meta policies.
We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or use one client’s message content for another client.
5. Sharing
- Meta, which delivers messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform.
- AI model providers: Anthropic, Google (Alphabet, Gemini models), OpenAI and Meta (Llama models). They process conversation content via business APIs to draft replies. One or more of them may be used in any given conversation.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers, with servers in Israel and the European Union.
- Authorities, only where required by law.
6. Retention and security
Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS) and access tokens are stored encrypted. Access is limited to AVICO staff. Messages are kept while the Business Client is active and deleted within 30 days after the engagement ends, unless the Business Client instructs otherwise or law requires retention.
7. Data deletion instructions
Business Clients: email avicoai.biz@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, including your business name and WhatsApp business number. You can also remove access yourself in Meta Business Suite under Settings › Integrations › Connected apps (remove “AVICO Platform”), or remove the partner from your WhatsApp Business Account settings.
End users who messaged a business using our service: email the same address with the phone number you used and the business name.
We acknowledge requests within 7 days, delete the data from our systems within 30 days, and confirm when deletion is complete.
8. Your rights
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and the GDPR where applicable, you may access, correct or delete your data and object to certain processing. Contact us at the email above.
9. Changes
We will update the date above when this policy changes and notify Business Clients in advance of material changes.
